Dell 27 Plus 4K S2725QC
Most of the U2725QE's day-to-day appeal for roughly half the money, with weaker contrast and a lighter hub.

Our verdict
The S2725QC brings 4K, 120Hz and single-cable USB-C charging to a price well below Dell's UltraSharp line. Text is sharp at about 163 pixels per inch, the stand adjusts for height and pivot, and two 5W speakers are built in. Reviewers note low contrast with grayish blacks, weak HDR and more motion blur than dedicated gaming panels. The 65W USB-C port suits most ultrabooks but not power-hungry workstations.

- 65W USB-C charging and video over one cable
- 120Hz refresh rate
- Built-in speakers and adjustable stand
What's not
- Low contrast makes blacks look gray
- HDR is largely ineffective
- No DisplayPort input
- Stand wobbles when the desk is bumped
