Acer Swift 16 AI (Core Ultra 7 256V, 16GB/1TB)
Its launch price was hard to justify, but at around $1,000 the OLED screen and battery life make it a strong value.

Our verdict
The Swift 16 AI pairs a sharp 16-inch OLED touchscreen with Intel's efficient Lunar Lake platform in a slim aluminum chassis that weighs under 3.4 pounds. PCWorld recorded about 17.5 hours in its video playback test, which is excellent for a 16-inch laptop. Peak brightness of around 340 nits is modest, some keys are cramped, and it ships with a fair amount of preinstalled software. Now that it sells well below its launch price, it is one of the more affordable ways to get a large OLED screen and long battery life in a Windows laptop.
